China and Russia is good neighbors, not only both two countries have complementary endowment constitutes the solid material foundation of bilateral cooperation, but also the mutual understanding toward the huge challenges faced by our world for example traditional security and non-traditional security which constitutes the solid perception of friendship tween two governments and two people. The China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era is a partnership not exclusive but is open to the third party which is very different from the alliance nature. Just as Lavrov said both two countries relation has entering its best stage in the history and will be getting better and better.

Russia is China’s neighboring big country of more 7600 kilometers common border. While the pandemic challenge to the world has been gradually fading away though is very slow, leaders of countries start to meet with each other discussing the global governance issues of common interests is very normal.
